RESERVATION CONTRACT – 2011 - $150.00 deposit is required to secure reservation date & time.
- Deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred to another date/time.
- Balance due on the day of the event/party.
- Lanes and shoe rental available at time the event/party is scheduled.
- Children (even teenagers) must be supervised by adults at all times!
- Tables for food & drink available 30 minutes prior to event/party time scheduled.
- Clean-up assistance is required.
