RESERVATION CONTRACT – 2010
  1. $150.00 deposit is required to secure reservation date & time.
  2. Deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred to another date/time.
  3. Balance due on the day of the event/party.
  4. Lanes and shoe rental available at time the event/party is scheduled.
  5. Tables for food & drink available 30 minutes prior to event/party time scheduled.
  6. Clean-up assistance is required.
